FROM 3D TO 2D

Whilst the 3D model is fantastic for developing the design with the customer, all projects will of course need Floor Plans, Elevations and Sections. All drawings are produced quickly and efficiently from the model and automatically updated as the project progresses.

EXISTING PLANNING DRAWINGS

Upon completion of the survey, we will provide a set of Existing Drawings consisting of Floor Plans, Elevations and Sections as standard, on all of our projects. All drawings can be provided in DWG, DXF, IFC and PDF formats, and are yours to keep.

PROPOSED PLANNING DRAWINGS

Once the existing drawings are completed and the design brief has been discussed, we will go ahead and produce a first draft of the proposed scheme and invite comments from any stakeholders.

Throughout the design process we are happy to revise the drawings as needed to achieve the best proposal, and also include later amendments and re-submission in the event of a refusal at no extra cost.
