STAGE 1 - THE BRIEF

Once you have agreed our quote, and we have agreed a convenient time for the survey, we will ask you to provide us with some basic information about your home and your ideas.

We will then undertake a preliminary investigation into your project to understand both the history of the property, and any specific policies or other limitations which might apply in your immediate area.  

STAGE 2 - THE SURVEY

We conduct a complete measured survey of the property to enable us to build an accurate three dimensional model of your home. 

Whilst at the property we will discuss your ideas and collect all of the information we need to be able to design your ideal proposal and produce your application. 

STAGE 3 - DRAWINGS & PLANS

From the survey information collected at the property, we will create a full set of drawings for your planning application, showing the existing plans and elevations. Whether it's a single storey extension or a complete house, we will provide all the drawings and plans you need to be succesful with your planning application. We will then create a draft proposal including all house and floor plans for you based on the information provided and ask you to look over them to make sure you are happy. We are happy to make as many revisions as may be required until you are completely satisifed with your proposal.

STAGE 4 - THE APPLICATION

Our service doesn't stop there, as we can take care of the whole application process for you, and as a Certified Smarter Planning Professional & Smarter Planning Champion (awarded by the Planning Portal) we can ensure that your application has the best possible chance of success. We will complete and collate all of the documents and drawings you require and submit your planning application for you. We will continue to monitor your application and provide any further assistance you may require through the decision process. Only once the planning application has been approved are we happy to say our job is done.
