Party wall notices will be required in many cases where your project 'interferes' with your neighbours property. We are able to prepare all notices as required.
DESIGN & ACCESS STATEMENT
A Design and Access Statement is required in certain cases and can aid the Planning Application process in others. We can prepare Design & Access Statements as required.
