The Planning Man was setup by Phil Wellstead in 2010 and has grown from strength to strength over the years working within both the residential and commercial sectors. Phil has over 15 years experience in the Planning and Construction industries and has professional qualifications in Building Surveying, Construction Management & Computer Aided Design (CAD).

He set up The Planning Man in 2010 to provide professional but affordable measured surveying, drawing, and planning application services to both commercial and residential customers. Originally a family run company, we have now grown and expanded the team to reflect our success and to enable us to provide the best possible service to clients.
